Our students had a remarkable opportunity to step into the world of large-scale food manufacturing during their industrial visit to the Parle-G plant. The visit opened the doors to an exciting behind-the-scenes journey where they witnessed how one of India’s most trusted and beloved biscuit brands maintains its legacy of quality, purity, and excellence. As students entered the facility, they were introduced to the systematic and highly efficient production environment that operates with precision and discipline. They observed every stage of the manufacturing process—right from the selection of raw ingredients, automated dough mixing, and continuous baking on high-speed lines to the final packaging, sealing, and dispatch procedures.

This hands-on exposure helped them understand how modern machinery, robotics, hygiene standards, and strict quality checks come together to produce millions of biscuits daily. The technical team at Parle-G guided the students through each section, explaining the importance of innovation, safety protocols, sustainability practices, and time management within an industrial setup.
